Sandy Chylinski Sandy's Portfolio |
Sandy has been shooting for eighteen years and 2006 is her tenth wedding season. She received her degree in design from Henry Ford Community College with a concentration in photography. Prior to shooting weddings on her own, she assisted and trained with Judy Eliyas. Sandy's approach to wedding photography is very individual. She enjoys photographing weddings because she can capture the details that make each wedding unique. Sandy shoots with all medium-format film. Sandy's personal work consists of children's environmental portraiture and street photography.

Krysti has been shooting for nineteen years and 2006 is her eighth wedding season. Prior to shooting weddings on her own, she assisted for one and one-half years. She received her BFA with a concentration in photography from Eastern Michigan University. Krysti's sense of discovery shows in her work. She appreciates each detail and enjoys the excitement of the wedding day. She shoots both medium format and 35mm equipment. Krysti's personal work, like her wedding photography, contains hidden surprises which draw you in and invite you to take a closer look.

Cathy received a BFA with a concentration in photography from Eastern Michigan University in 2001. This is her fifth wedding season. Prior to shooting weddings on her own, Cathy trained with Judy Eliyas and assisted for one season. As a student, Cathy worked as a photojournalist and enjoyed the challenge of catching the candid and decisive moments of events. To keep up with the flow and spontaneity of the wedding day, she prefers to shoot 35mm for candids and medium format for formals. Cathy approaches each wedding as a story for the camera to tell. She appreciates being a part of such a significant event and looks to capture the emotion of the day. Cathy’s personal work has a surreal quality that combines figures and their environment in a poetic, metaphorical atmosphere.

| 2006 is Nicole's third wedding season. Nicole interned with our studio for two seasons as an assistant. She received her BFA in photography from the Center for Creative Studies in 2003.
Nicole embraces the unusual details and artistic moments that make every wedding gathering special. In order to capture each image with maximum flexibility, Nicole shoots all 35mm equipment.

Santa Fabio |
Santa has been a professional photographer for over 20 years. After graduating from Witchita State University, she worked for The Detroit News, Detroit Free Press and all the major wire services as a photojournalist. Shooting highly challenging news situations has given her the eye to capture a unique image. This is Santa's second wedding season with our studio. She believes that images must come from her subjects - she is there to facilitate that great image and capture it. Her wish is that the images she takes will bring back wonderful memories of that day for years to come. Santa's personal work includes documenting Detroit's theater district rebirth and a small Sicilian village: the birthplace of her parents. She is also currently an advertising/corporate and editorial photographer who free-lances for most of Detroit's major car companies, local and national magazines.
